Co-op Internship Program
Our highly successful Co-op Intership program is specifically designed to attract the best and brightest students from computer/engineering programs in partnership with the University of Waterloo, York University and University of Toronto.
The Customer Technical Support position provides excellent opportunities to gain hands-on experience supporting our customers IT infrastructure as well as participating in our internal system projects. You will work at our internal environment where you can harness and practice your computer skills in both production and lab assignments.
In addition, you will serve as the central point of contact for multiple clients, responsible for the timely response to incoming incidents (telephone calls, emails, etc...) and logging incidents into an automated call tracking system. Provide first level service request and trouble shooting technical support for our customers, including application support and business process management services. Recommend actions in a timely and professional manner and documents the service request or problem in detail, including initial steps taken to correct and if required, escalates for resolution to a more senior technical expert (level II support).
Key Deliverables and Responsibilities:- Build virtual server in our lab environment to test and prototype solution for our customers.
- Install and configure new servers to support new services rolling out in internal production environment.
- Learn to administrate our internal infrastructure and apply the skills to support our customers.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English to provide verbal and written technical guidance/support to clients.
