Post-Installation | Support

iTMethods has trained support engineers in every technology discipline that we support. If the response time from the manufacturer isn't good enough for your organization, let iTMethods help. Our post-installation support program puts skilled iTMethods personnel on the front lines for you in the event of an IT-related issue.

Post-installation support is simple. If you experience a failure or disruption in service, call the iTMethods support center first, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will troubleshoot the issue with your on-site personnel, perform remote diagnostics when appropriate and escalate your issue to the right support group within the technology manufacturer if repair or replacement is necessary.

Our flexible service level agreements are tailored to your needs. You choose the response time that is right for your business, as well as the breadth of the support to be provided. Post-installation support is a great way to augment your existing support staff and ensure that you are ready for any IT issue that may threaten to disrupt your business.
